Showcase Match Reaction
The matches selected for the 2K Showcase of the Immortals mode do a solid job of spanning the eras of WrestleMania's rich history.
There are the contests that define the event, such as Hogan vs. Andre, Rock vs. Austin, and Undertaker vs. Michaels, but also a handful of encounters that may not be as prominently featured across WWE programming, such as Orton vs. Rollins and Guerrero vs. Angle.
If there is one glaring omission, it is the lack of Triple H on the list.
The Game does not appear in a single match in the mode, which is somewhat shocking considering how easily one of his three encounters with The Undertaker could have been included.
He is a central figure in some of the biggest, most important WrestleMania matches post-2000 and should have a presence on the list.
Still, despite that questionable call, the developers have put together a quality list, featuring the biggest stars in professional wrestling history and the competitors currently thriving in this era of WWE.
