Let the upsets begin.
The First Four matchups concluded Wednesday, which means it is finally time for the first round of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament to begin.
Sixty four teams will play on either Thursday or Friday, and only 32 will still be around heading into Saturday's action. Four teams already have wins on the board in the tournament, but daunting tasks lie ahead in order to pull off an upset.
Will a top seed fall to a 16-seed? Who will take the first step towards Cinderella status? All of that will be determined shortly, and read on to see who will be participating in the round of 64.
First Four Day 2 Results

Colorado State and Wagner advanced in Tuesday's First Four matchups, but four more teams were vying for the final two spots in the first round during Wednesday's action.
Here is how they went.
Grambling State 88, Montana State 81
It's been a magical season for Grambling State. The program had never reached the NCAA Tournament at the Division I level before. The team nearly made the tournament last season but fell in the SWAC Championship.
Well, the Tigers earned a bid this year and needed to fight through a little more adversity in order to make it to the Round of 64. Fortunately for the program, it handled that task with an 88-81 victory over Montana State.

Antwan Burnett had 18 points and five rebounds, Jourdan Smith had 18 points and nine rebounds and Jimel Cofer led the Tigers in scoring with 19 points off the bench.
The win sets up a date with No. 1 seed Purdue in the first round. While this is a daunting task, it is notable that the Boilermakers fell in the first round last season as a No. 1 seed.
Colorado 60, Boise State 53
The First Four was kind to the state of Colorado.
One day after Colorado State knocked off Virginia, Colorado outlasted a tough Boise State team 60-53 to secure its spot in the first round.

It was tied as late as 3:42 remaining in the game, but some clutch shooting and lockdown defense helped Colorado claim the win. Tristan da Silva led the Buffaloes with 20 points, while KJ Simpson had a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
The win secures a date with Florida in the first round.
