The Rock isn't taking his return to a WWE ring lightly.

The Great One posted a 30-minute video detailing his workout routine Friday as he pushes himself into ring shape ahead of WrestleMania 40.

Dwayne Johnson @TheRock

My 12 week training camp for #WrestleMania has been intense and unlike anything I've ever done.
Pushing myself physically, mentally and psychologically to places I've never gone.

The men I'm wrestling this weekend at WrestleMania are the best in the world.
My respect for them…

The Rock is set for his first full-length WWE match since 2013 on Saturday when he teams with Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

At age 51, some assumed The Rock's in-ring career was over. But he made a surprising return earlier this year, initially to set up a one-on-one match against Reigns before WWE pivoted to the tag match amid outcry from fans.

The result has been some of the best work of The Rock's career. Turning heel, the Final Boss has shed the cookie-cutter catchphrases he's used in one-off appearances in recent years and instead transformed himself into a fully fledged, lived-in character.

And if this workout video is any indication, we may be seeing The Rock in the best in-ring shape of his career.
