Ric Flair, Calvin Johnson and Full List of Announcers for 2024 NFL Draft Day 2 Picks

The NFL announced the full list of luminaries who will be stepping up to the podium during the second day of the 2024 draft.

Calvin Johnson, Barry Sanders, Isaac Bruce, Tiki Barber and Warren Moon are among the football greats included. Wrestling legend Ric Flair will also also announce the No. 92 overall pick for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers:

For draft prospects, there's nothing quite like hearing NFL commissioner Roger Goodell call your name in the first round. A picture with Goodell on the stage is something that will live on in eternity and symbolizes years and years of hard work paying off.

For fans, however, there's nothing quite like the second day of the draft.

There's the fun of seeing stars from past generations. With the 2024 draft being staged in Detroit, you can bet Johnson and Sanders will receive a loud applause from those who followed their exploits with the Detroit Lions. They're the greatest wide receiver and running back respectively in franchise history.

And whereas some announce their pick in a quick, straightforward manner, others choose to fully savor their time on the microphone.

Former defensive lineman Chad Hennings is tasked with the Dallas Cowboys' picks, robbing everyone of another chance to see Hall of Fame wideout Drew Pearson on the podium.

The second day of the 2024 draft will begin Friday at 7 p.m. ET.
