While it seemed like almost nothing was off-limits during Netflix's The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, there was apparently something the comedians couldn't joke about on Sunday.

Comedian Andrew Schulz revealed that Brady didn't want there to be any jokes about New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

That is notable because there was a moment during the live broadcast where the legendary quarterback approached Jeff Ross after he made fun of Kraft:

After that moment involving Brady and Ross, it was easy to speculate that it may have been a comedy bit and part of the show. However, Schulz's comments suggest Brady was serious.

For the most part, those who participated in the roast didn't hold back much.

Spygate, deflated footballs, trainer Alex Guerrero, Bill Belichick's job status, cryptocurrency and even Brady's marriage were constantly used as punchlines. There were times when Brady looked uncomfortable, although he got the opportunity for the final laugh when he went to the microphone after everyone else.

It wasn't just comedians who participated. Belichick, Kraft, Randy Moss, Julian Edelman, Drew Bledsoe, Rob Gronkowski and Peyton Manning were among those who spoke.

Belichick in particular drew rave reviews:

He was also involved in perhaps the most noteworthy moment of the evening when host Kevin Hart somehow convinced the legendary coach and Kraft to take a shot together despite what seemed to be quite the icy relationship:

Kraft was one of the featured people during the event, but the comedians had to hold back when it came to making him a punchline.
