Full List of 2024 NBA Draft Lottery Team Representatives
May 11, 2024
Ahead of the 2024 NBA draft lottery on Sunday, the league has released the list of on-stage representatives for all 14 teams.
Notable attendees include 2023-24 rookies Brandon Miller (Charlotte Hornets), Ausar Thompson (Detroit Pistons), Brandin Podziemski (Golden State Warriors), Scoot Henderson (Portland Trail Blazers) and 2021-22 Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes (Toronto Raptors).
The Pistons and Washington Wizards are tied for the best odds of winning the No. 1 overall pick at 14 percent, followed by the Hornets (13.3 percent), Trail Blazers (13.2 percent) and San Antonio Spurs (10.5 percent) to round out the top five.
If the Spurs win the lottery, they will be the first team to pick No. 1 in back-to-back years since the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2013 and 2014. The Pistons most recently had the top pick in 2022 when they selected Cade Cunningham.
The Wizards haven't drafted first since 2010 when they were able to add John Wall.
In his latest big board for B/R, Jonathan Wasserman noted the feeling among scouts regarding the prospects in this class is "nobody seems to have the same order of rankings, including at the top, where there are legitimately between five and 10 candidates who can go No. 1."
Wasserman has G League Ignite standout Ron Holland ranked as the top prospect:
"For a prospect whose explosion and foot speed should translate to easy baskets, rim pressure and defense, and whose creation is getting sharper and expanding, just reaching a Jaylen Brown level of shooting could be enough for Holland to become one of the class' top scorers and players."
Reed Sheppard of Kentucky, Nikola Topić of Serbian club Crvena zvezda, Alex Sarr of the Perth Wildcats in Australia's NBL and Rob Dillingham of Kentucky round out Wasserman's top five 2024 prospects.
The draft lottery will take place on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. The 2024 NBA draft will be held on June 26 and 27, with the first round taking place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
