The Philadelphia 76ers have a crucial offseason ahead of them, with a mountain of cap space available to potentially lure the top free agents on the market to join Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.

But the team will make moves around the margins as well and recently held a workout for former NBA players Sam Dekker, Tony Bradley, Jarrett Culver and Stanley Johnson, according to a report from Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Dekker, 30, last appeared game in the NBA in the 2021-22 season, playing a solitary game for the Toronto Raptors. Previous to that he had stints with the Houston Rockets (2015-16 to 2016-17), Los Angeles Clippers (2017-18), Cleveland Cavaliers (2018-19) and Washington Wizards (2018-19).

For his career he's averaged 5.4 points per game, shooting 47.8 percent from the field but just 28.8 percent from three. Outside of his time in the NBA, he's played several seasons overseas.

Bradley, 26, played 20 games for the Sixers in the 2020-21 season and spent six seasons in the NBA in total with the Utah Jazz, Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Bulls. He averaged 4.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game during his career, and spent the 2023-24 season with the G League's Texas Legends.

Culver, 25, was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft but never lived up to the lofty expectations placed on him out of college, spending four seasons in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies and Atlanta Hawks. He averaged 6.5 points per game in his career, shooting just 27.6 percent from three, and spent the past season with the G League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers

Like Culver, the 28-year-old Johnson was a lottery pick, going No. 8 overall to the Detroit Pistons in the 2015 NBA draft. He spent parts of four seasons with Detroit before bouncing around to the New Orleans Pelicans, Toronto Raptors, Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs, averaging 6.2 points and 3.1 rebounds in his career.

He was also in the G League this past season for the Stockton Kings.
