Evian Championship 2024: Final LPGA Leaderboard Scores, Prize Money Payouts

Ayaka Furue's first major championship was a thriller.
Furue went five under on her final five holes—capped off by an eagle on No. 18—to come roaring back and earn a one-stroke victory over Stephanie Kyriacou. The 24-year-old finished at 19 under overall and shot a six-under 65 in the final round.
Furue and Kyriacou went into No. 18 tied at 17 under in a three-way lead with Patty Tavatanakit, who finished in third place. Furue hit a pair of clinical shots to set herself up with an eagle to win her first major, while an errant drive forced Kyriacou to play catch up on her way to a birdie.
"I am so honored to be the winner," Furue told reporters. "I didn't believe that I could get a major win, so I am so happy right now."
Furue came into the weekend with only one career LPGA victory; her only previous top-five finish in a major was at the 2021 Evian Championship. Her $1.2 million purse is by far the biggest of her career.
Kyriacou was likewise looking for her first major title at age 23. She brought home $752,439.
"It was a good week," Kyriacou said. "Lots of positives to take away. I played great all week. Yeah, I don't know, it was a good week. It sucks not to hold the trophy. If you told me I would come second at the start of the week, I would've been happy."
Nelly Korda, the top-ranked player in women's golf, shot a five-under 66 to finish in a tie for 26th at 3-under overall. Lauren Coughlin was the top-finishing American, landing in fourth place at 15 under.
