The Denver Broncos have announced when they will wear their throwback uniforms this season.

On X on Saturday, the Broncos revealed they will rock their throwback uniforms, which feature blue helmets with a retro logo and orange jerseys, during their Week 5 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders and their Week 18 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The NFL allows teams to wear alternate jerseys just three times during a season, and Denver made some solid choices for when it will rock the throwbacks.

The Broncos will want to look their best as they take on their divisional rivals in a pair of games that will be instrumental to the playoff race. With the departure of Russell Wilson over the offseason, Denver is looking to prove it can contend for a postseason spot, and beating the Raiders and Chiefs would be huge.

After Wilson's exit, the Broncos took a chance in the draft by selecting quarterback Bo Nix with the 12th pick. The former Oregon star found plenty of success at the collegiate level, throwing for 4,508 passing yards and 45 touchdowns his senior year, now he's hoping that success will translate to the next level.

The Broncos are coming off an 8-9 season that saw them miss the postseason for an eighth consecutive year and they'll be looking to finally get back into the postseason this year.
