A man was charged with a felony of making a terrorist threat in the second degree for threatening to shoot two members of the Kansas City Chiefs organization during a Friday concert.

The Jackson County Prosecutor office announced Aaron Brown was in attendance at Morgan Wallen's concert at Arrowhead Stadium on Friday and "threatened on social media to shoot two individuals" who were also in attendance.

The announcement explained law enforcement noticed the threat on the social media site X and then tracked down Brown's information and called his cellphone. Brown then told law enforcement where he was seated at the stadium, and the concert was delayed for 40 minutes while he was located.

While the announcement did not identify the individuals of the Chiefs who were threatened, Patrick Reilly of the New York Post and NFL insider Jordan Schultz noted Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Chris Jones were in attendance.

Not only were they in attendance, but they also ended up joining Wallen on stage during the show.

According to Reilly, Brown told police, "it was a stupid, stupid, stupid mistake," when he was confronted about the social media message.

Bond was set at $15,000 following the charges.
