Denver Broncos running back Tyler Badie was carted away from the sidelines during Sunday's game against the New York Jets.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Badie has "movement in all extremities." Ian Rapoport of NFL Network later reported that Badie was able to fly back to Denver to be with the team:

Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk noted Badie lost a fumble on a hard hit from Jets linebacker Quincy Williams and received medical attention when he was on the sidelines. While he walked to the sideline on his own after the hit, he was then strapped to a backboard and carted away after receiving the medical attention.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Network noted Badie was announced as out for the rest of the game with a back injury.

I don't really know what happened or how it went down, but I know TB is strong. <br><br>"He's a fighter, he's a warrior and he's going to be alright."

Denver was already without rookie running backs Blake Watson and Audric Estime, which left it with only Javonte Williams and Jaleel McLaughlin at the position after Badie exited.

Badie entered the league as a sixth-round pick in 2022. He appeared in just one career game heading into the 2024 campaign but played in two of Denver's first three contests this season.

He entered play Sunday with 86 rushing yards on 10 carries.
