Given how much money LeBron James spends to ensure his body remains in peak condition for the grind of an NBA season as he approaches the age of 40, Bronny James has the ultimate role model to turn toward as far as work ethic goes.

One Eastern Conference executive told ESPN's Baxter Holmes that one thing the Los Angeles Lakers don't have to worry about is Bronny's work ethic as he gets ready to begin his professional career.

"He's not going to embarrass your franchise ever," the executive said of Bronny. "He's going to work his f--king ass off. Because what LeBron James will never tolerate is any intel that his kid isn't a hard worker."

There are a lot of reasons that LeBron has carved out one of the greatest careers for any player in NBA history. He has had all the talent in the world since being drafted in 2003, but the dedication he puts into maximizing that ability is second to none.

Maverick Carter, a friend and business partner of LeBron's, said in 2018 the four-time NBA MVP spends approximately $1.5 million annually on his body.

Mav Carter says LeBron James spends ~$1,500,000 per year on his body. He uses cryotherapy, hyperbaric chambers, NormaTec leg boots, etc. He also has personal chefs, trainers, etc. He has a strict routine and diet. He invested in his body, so he can still dominate at 33 years old.

One of the many advantages of being LeBron's son is that Bronny has access to all of the same tools that have made his father a physical marvel as he approaches his 40th birthday on Dec. 30.

While scouting reports leading up to the draft expressed concern about Bronny's ability to be an impact player because of his struggles as an offensive player, he has frequently been praised for having a strong work ethic.

Even if Bronny doesn't work out as an NBA player—not an unreasonable outcome for a late-second-round pick—there doesn't seem to be any concern it will be because he stops working hard.
