The opening of Week 7 of the 2024 NFL season was one to forget.

Well, it was for most members of the fantasy football world, at least. Save for the managers who roster Javonte Williams (111 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns), there was very little of fantasy value to come from the Denver Broncos' 33-10 takedown of the New Orleans Saints on Thursday.

Bigger numbers will come soon enough, though, and we're here to help you take advantage of them. We're not only laying out our point-per-reception (PPR) rankings at each of the flex positions, we're also spotlighting a sleeper in case you need to dig a little deeper.

Running Back

1 of 3

    Top 20

    1. Saquon Barkley, PHI (at NYG)

    2. Kyren Williams, LAR (vs. LV)

    3. Bijan Robinson, ATL (vs. SEA)

    4. Derrick Henry, BAL (at TB)

    5. Breece Hall, NYJ (at PIT)

    6. Kenneth Walker III, SEA (at ATL)

    7. Tony Pollard, TEN (at BUF)

    8. Joe Mixon, HOU (at GB)

    9. Chuba Hubbard, CAR (at WAS)

    10. Josh Jacobs, GB (vs. HOU)

    11. J.K. Dobbins, LAC (at ARI)

    12. Jordan Mason, SF (vs. KC)

    13. Jahmyr Gibbs, DET (at MIN)

    14. David Montgomery, DET (at MIN)

    15. Brian Robinson Jr., WAS (vs. CAR)

    16. James Cook, BUF (vs. TEN)

    17. Kareem Hunt, KC (at SF)

    18. James Conner, ARI (vs. LAC)

    19. Tank Bigsby, JAX (vs. NE)

    20. De'Von Achane, MIA (at IND)

Sleeper: Tyler Goodson, IND (vs. MIA)

With Jonathan Taylor once again sidelined by a high ankle sprain, Goodson has a decent chance of serving as the squad's lead running back. Trey Sermon has held that role the last two weeks, but his inefficiency (34 touches for 92 scrimmage yards) has left the door open for Goodson.

The second-year running back out of Iowa has earned a longer look. Two weeks back, he turned eight touches into 57 scrimmage yards. Last week, it was 65 scrimmage yards on a dozen touches. If his touches keep climbing, his output could takeoff against a Dolphins defense allowing the third-most fantasy points to running backs, per Yahoo.

Wide Receiver

    Top 20

    1. Justin Jefferson, MIN (vs. DET)

    2. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN (at CLE)

    3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET (at MIN)

    4. Malik Nabers, NYG (vs. PHI)

    5. A.J. Brown, PHI (at NYG)

    6. Stefon Diggs, HOU (at GB)

    7. Drake London, ATL (vs. SEA)

    8. Chris Godwin, TB (vs. BAL)

    9. Terry McLaurin, WAS (vs. CAR)

    10. DK Metcalf, SEA (at ATL)

    11. Zay Flowers, BAL (at TB)

    12. Mike Evans, TB (vs. BAL)

    13. Jayden Reed, GB (vs. HOU)

    14. Diontae Johnson, CAR (at WAS)

    15. Deebo Samuel Sr., SF (vs. KC)

    16. Brandon Aiyuk, SF (vs. KC)

    17. Garrett Wilson, NYJ (at PIT)

    18. DeVonta SMith, PHI (at NYG)

    19. Tyreek Hill, MIA (at IND)

    20. Tee Higgins, CIN (at CLE)

Sleeper: DeMario Douglas, NE (at JAX)

Like most everything connected to New England's offense, Douglas looked better during rookie Drake Maye's first start than he had all season. Tasked with a team-high nine targets (no other Patriots had more than five), Douglas delivered six receptions for a season-high 92 yards and tallied his first touchdown of the campaign.

If Maye and Douglas have the kind of chemistry it appeared they did last week, these two should hum together against this defense. Jacksonville has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers and the most passing yards per game.

Tight End

    Top 10

    1. George Kittle, SF (vs. KC)

    2. Travis Kelce, KC (at SF)

    3. Brock Bowers, LV (at LAR)

    4. Evan Engram, JAX (vs. NE)

    5. Trey McBride, ARI (vs. LAC)

    6. Sam LaPorta, DET (at MIN)

    7. Dalton Kincaid, BUF (vs. TEN)

    8. Kyle Pitts, ATL (vs. SEA)

    9. David Njoku, CLE (vs. CIN)

    10. Tucker Kraft, GB (vs. HOU)

Sleeper: Mark Andrews, BUF (at TB)

Once a fantasy juggernaut, Andrews has seen a big decline in opportunities and production of late. In 2021, he had 107 receptions for 1,361 yards and nine touchdowns in 17 games. This season, he's sitting on 13 receptions for 186 yards and a single score through six outings.

Having said that, things could be starting to turn. He's had at least four targets and 50-plus receiving yards in each of his last two contests. He just had his first touchdown catch this past Sunday. The Ravens are giving him chances again, and he's making the most of them. If that trend continues in what could be a shootout, his stat line might resemble those monster efforts from years past.
