The Seattle Seahawks lost a key member of their offense in Sunday's 34-14 win against the Atlanta Falcons.

Star wide receiver DK Metcalf was carted off the field in the fourth quarter after sustaining a knee injury. Head coach Mike Macdonald told reporters after the game that Metcalf "banged his knee a little bit," adding "it doesn't look too bad."

Before exiting Sunday's matchup, Metcalf had four receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown. Coming into Week 7, Metcalf had the fourth-most receiving yards in the NFL with 469 to go along with his two touchdowns. He's currently on pace to have a career total in receiving yards if the injury doesn't keep him off the field next week.

The good news for Seattle is that if Metcalf is forced to miss time, it has a handful of talented receivers that can help fill the void he would leave.

Tyler Lockett is having a solid start to the year, coming into Sunday's matchup with 26 receptions for 339 receiving yards and a touchdown. Likewise, second-year receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is having a career year with 310 receiving yards and a touchdown after totaling just 628 yards and four touchdowns a year ago.

The Seahawks had an impressive 3-0 start to the season but lost their next three games to put them at 3-3 on the year. Seattle got back in the win column on Sunday with a win over the Falcons despite Metcalf being absent in the fourth quarter.

The severity of Metcalf's injury is still unknown, but the Seahawks will hope he can be back for next week's matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
