The fantasy football stakes have never been higher during the 2024 NFL season than they are in Week 14.
For a host of fantasy football managers, the same can probably said about the difficulty of navigating this slate.
Six different teams are on bye, meaning there are a number of fantasy elites sitting out the festivities. There is no Lamar Jackson, Jayden Daniels, Anthony Richardson or Bo Nix at quarterback. There is no Derrick Henry, Joe Mixon or Jonathan Taylor at running back. The wide receiver position is missing Nico Collins, Terry McLaurin, Courtland Sutton and Zay Flowers. The tight end position is down Mark Andrews, Zach Ertz and Hunter Henry.
And those are just the players on byes. Tack on all the players injured from 13 weeks of an NFL campaign, and managers could be scrambling for roster reinforcements.
That's why we'll follow our point-per-reception rankings with our top sleeper pick at each of the four skill positions.
Quarterback

Top 10
1. Josh Allen, BUF (at LAR)
2. Jalen Hurts, PHI (vs. CAR)
3. Joe Burrow, CIN (at DAL)
4. Justin Herbert, LAC (at KC)
5. Sam Darnold, MIN (vs. ATL)
6. Kyler Murray, ARI (vs. SEA)
7. Brock Purdy, SF (vs. CHI)
8. Tua Tagovailoa, MIA (vs. NYJ)
9. Patrick Mahomes, KC (vs. LAC)
10. Baker Mayfield, TB (vs. LV)
Sleeper: Will Levis, TEN (vs. JAX)
If your only memories of Levis' season are of his meme-inducing struggles at the start, then you surely haven't noticed the way he has turned things around. He can still be a little loose with his ball control, but he'll push the ball downfield and still adds a little value with his legs. Over his last four outings, he has averaged 240 passing yards while totaling seven passing touchdowns (against two interceptions) and 66 rushing yards.
Fantasy managers might still need more to trust Levis in a big spot, but there is more in his favor. He's about to lock horns with a Jaguars defense that's as generous as they come. Jacksonville has allowed the most passing yards, the second-most passing touchdowns and the most fantasy points to quarterbacks, per Yahoo.
Running Back

Top 10
1. Saquon Barkley, PHI (vs. CAR)
2. Alvin Kamara, NO (at NYG)
3. Bijan Robinson, ATL (at MIN)
4. De'Von Achane, MIA (vs. NYJ)
5. Chase Brown, CIN (at DAL)
6. James Cook, BUF (at LAR)
7. Kyren Williams, LAR (vs. BUF)
8. Aaron Jones, MIN (vs. ATL)
9. James Conner, ARI (vs. SEA)
10. Tony Pollard, TEN (vs. JAX)
Sleeper: Isaac Guerendo, SF (vs. CHI)
Guerendo is technically the next man up in San Francisco's backfield, but the rookie fourth-rounder feels a little more like the last man standing. The 49ers are without Christian McCaffrey (knee) and Jordan Mason (ankle)—not to mention Elijah Mitchell (hamstring), who landed on season-ending injured reserve in August—which means Guerendo could be utilized early and often.
His opportunities have largely been limited this season, but he's had two games in which he's handled double-digit carries. In those contests, he totaled 24 carries for 184 yards and a touchdown, plus three receptions for another 17 yards. He should have a chance to do real damage against a Chicago defense allowing the 10th-most fantasy points to running backs.
Wide Receiver

Top 10
1. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN (at DAL)
2. Justin Jefferson, MIN (vs. ATL)
3. Puka Nacua, LAR (vs. BUF)
4. CeeDee Lamb, DAL (vs. CIN)
5. Cooper Kupp, LAR (vs. BUF)
6. Tee Higgins, CIN (at DAL)
7. A.J. Brown, PHI (vs. CAR)
8. George Pickens, PIT (vs. CLE)
9. Drake London, ATL (at MIN)
10. Malik Nabers, NYG (vs. NO)
Sleeper: Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, TEN (vs. JAX)
Westbrook-Ikhine has improbably emerged as one of the most reliable receivers in fantasy—all while catching just 20 passes to this point and topping three receptions only once. Still, he's been scarfing down scores at such a ridiculous rate, that he's almost earned set-him-and-forget-him status as a weekly starter.
He has eight touchdown catches in his last eight games. He's also had four in his last three contests, a stretch during which he has totaled 226 receiving yards. He's on way too good of a roll to consider sitting him, especially against such an exploitable defense.
Tight End

Top 10
1. Brock Bowers, LV (at TB)
2. Trey McBride, ARI (vs. SEA)
3. George Kittle, SF (vs. CHI)
4. Travis Kelce, KC (vs. LAC)
5. Jonnu Smith, MIA (vs. NYJ)
6. David Njoku, CLE (at PIT)
7. T.J. Hockenson, MIN (vs. ATL)
8. Evan Engram, JAX (at TEN)
9. Cade Otton, TB (vs. LV)
10. Jake Ferguson, DAL (vs. CIN)
Sleeper: Will Dissly, LAC (at KC)
Dissly's game log doesn't show much in the way of spectacular efforts, but you can find a handful of solid outings. That's enough to move a tight end into streamer consideration, as there's potential for a handful of receptions, 50-ish yards and, if you're really lucky, maybe a touchdown.
Dissly doesn't check all of those boxes every week, but maybe he'll come through against a Kansas City defense allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to tight ends.
