Last week against the Chargers, Pacheco had 14 carries for 55 yards in the nail-biting victory.
Pacheco was previously sidelined after breaking his fibula during the Chiefs' Week 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
He returned to action in Week 13 during the Chiefs' 19-17 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, recording seven carries for 44 yards in his return.
Head coach Andy Reid emphasized that the focus of Pacheco's return was on getting him back into the flow of the game.
"He ended up with 20-something plays," Reid told reporters post game. "Wanted to get him in the mix, caught up with the speed of the game, we where thinking around 20 plays, didn't necessarily care about the carries or not, but it worked out that way though. He came out healthy, feeling good, no setbacks
In just four games this season, Pacheco has amassed 234 yards and one touchdown. The 25-year-old Rutgers product was a seventh-round pick in 2022 and has 13 career touchdowns with 1,999 rushing yards.
