The Green Bay Packers are starting to look like a formidable playoff team.

The Packers torched the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, earning a 30-13 win in their road game at Lumen Field in Seattle. Quarterback Jordan Love showed out, completing 20-of-27 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns, boosting his team's record to 10-5 this season.

Running back Josh Jacobs trucked through, adding 136 yards from scrimmage plus one touchdown.

The Seahawks' loss snapped their four-game winning streak as starting quarterback Geno Smith struggled to find the end zone, completing 15-of-19 passes for 149 yards and one interception before suffering a lower leg injury in the second half of Sunday's game. Stepping in for the injured Smith was 24-year-old Sam Howell, who completed 5-of-14 passes for 24 yards and one interception.

Love and Jacobs' impressive victory over the surging Seahawks generated plenty of social media buzz, with fans rallying behind the Wild Card hopeful team:

Sunday felt like the perfect game for the Packers, despite their near-attempt to let the Seahawks claw their way back into the game, as both teams are battling for a Wild Card spot in the NFC.

A fast start proved crucial for Green Bay and that's exactly what they got.

Josh Jacobs opened the scoring for Green Bay with a one-yard touchdown run, capping a 5:41 drive to give the Packers a 7-0 lead. Wide receiver Romeo Doubs followed up with a 13-yard touchdown reception from Jordan Love, extending the lead to 14-0 by the end of the first quarter, as the Seattle offense struggled to get on the board.

Seattle's kicker Jason Myers nailed a 48-yard field goal early in the second quarter to put the team's first points on the board. However, the boost from Myers wasn't enough to spark the Seattle offense, as the Packers answered with six points of their own before halftime, courtesy of kicker Brandon McManus.

Coming out of halftime, Meyers kicked another successful field goal, adding three more points for Seattle and closing the gap to 20-6, before McManus responded with a field goal of his own, extending the lead back to 17 points.

The Seahawks' first touchdown came in the fourth quarter on a 24-yard rush by Zach Charbonnet, trimming the lead to 10 points. It was a game-sealing interception by Howell, which Green Bay's Edgerrin Cooper snagged late in the fourth quarter, that was Seattle's ultimate demise.

On the same drive following the interception, Doubs caught another pass from Love, this one good for 22 yards, putting the game out of reach.
