Ravens vs. Bills: Odds, Box Score Stat Predictions for 2025 AFC Divisional Game

    Bleacher Report

The Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills face off in one of the most anticipated NFL divisional-round games in recent memory.

Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen are the two front-runners for the NFL Most Valuable Player award, and Sunday's clash in Buffalo has the closest point spread of the four NFL games this weekend.

The regular-season meeting between the two sides was not close at all, though, as the Ravens blew out the Bills 35-10 in Week 4.

Baltimore controlled that game through a dominant rushing attack, led by 199 yards from Derrick Henry.

Henry could turn out to be Baltimore's ultimate difference-maker once again on Sunday. Buffalo needs to find a way to counter Henry's production while also working through a tough Ravens rushing defense.

Derrick Henry's 199-yard performance stands out among all of the statistics put up by the Ravens in Week 4.

Henry started the game with an 87-yard touchdown run and then continued to batter the Bills defense on a total of 24 carries.

Henry is coming off the fourth 100-yard playoff performance of his career against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He had 186 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries.

Three of Henry's four century-mark games have come on the road, whether it be for the Ravens or the Tennessee Titans.

Lamar Jackson could also hurt the Bills with his legs. He ran for 54 yards in Week 4 and he's had 50 or more rushing yards in six of his seven playoff appearances.

Jackson will have to throw the ball a bit, but the ground game is where Baltimore thrives the most.

When the Ravens do pass, Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews are Jackson's top targets. The potential absence of Zay Flowers hurts how the Ravens can stretch the field, but Jackson managed to complete multiple passes to five different players in the wild-card round.

Isaiah Likely was the only Ravens pass-catcher to have more than 50 receiving yards against Pittsburgh. A similar situation could unfold on Sunday with the run game dominating the offense and Jackson willing to spread the ball around.

    Stat Predictions:

Derrick Henry: 25 carries, 125 yards, 2 TD

Lamar Jackson: 170 passing yards, 60 rushing yards, 2 total TD

Buffalo wants to run the ball through James Cook, but it was unable to do that in the regular-season meeting with Baltimore.

Cook was held to 39 yards on nine carries and even Josh Allen was limited to 21 rushing yards on five carries.

Baltimore's held four of its last five opponents under 60 rushing yards, and if that form holds, the Bills have to beat the Ravens through the air.

Khalil Shakir is Allen's No. 1 target. He caught six passes for 61 yards in the wild-card round win over the Denver Broncos.

Six Bills players caught multiple passes against the Broncos. The tight end duo of Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox combined for five receptions and 75 yards.

At least one of the two tight ends should be heavily involved on Sunday to counter another potential strong showing from the Ravens rushing defense.

    Stat Predictions

James Cook: 12 carries, 40 yards

Khalil Shakir: 6 receptions, 60 receiving yards

Dalton Kincaid: 4 receptions, 45 receiving yards
