Who or what inspired you to work in football?
Football, and the NFL in particular, has a unique platform in that it's a unifier. I wanted to help the league, NFL players and the people who move the game forward share their stories.
What is the future of representation of women in the NFL?
The future of representation of women in the NFL is bright, promising and powerful. We have reached so many milestones this year, and pretty soon we'll be past all the firsts. I look forward to the day when the visual of women and women of color in coaching, scouting, front office and executive positions has become fully normalized. The industry has made room for us and I plan to continue to bring the next woman along just like the generation before mine has.

I help educate our audiences, tell stories and strategize the best ways to do that on topics such as diversity, equity and inclusion and social justice.
